After leak detection company found leak coming from my shower spout, I searched online for a plumber, I called 3J's because I appreciated that they had their pricing available online, they were a family owned local business and had good reviews. They answered the phone on the first call, and were able to help me that evening. I appreciated that they could meet me at at time that was convenient for me and didn't charge me an after hours rate. Father and son duo came together, they were punctual (early actually!) and very polite. They were efficient and quickly found the problem and were done within 1 hour. They answered all my questions and made sure everything was fixed and that I had no more leaks. I thought their pricing was very reasonable. They did not leave a mess and were very respectful of my home and my kids that were curious. I would highly recommend them and if needed will call them again in the future.

I had a leak from the kitchen sink drain, for this my home warranty co. sent the plumber from 3 j plumbing to look into it. The person from 3J plumbing was so incompetant and was not able to dignose the leak site and gave a wrong report to my home warrenty company. On the basis of his report the warranty company disapproved my claim. After this I called my own plumber , he diagnosed the problem immidiately and fixed it at the same time. I would not recommend 3J plumbing to any one as the plumber is very incompetant .

I experienced this company through my home warranty. The water heater wasn't producing enough hot water. I was put in touch with 3Js. The gentleman came out and diagnosed the problem. I called the office for a better explanation. I was told, the heater needed to be replaced because of age. I understood that explanation. Here's my first fault with this company. The lady who answered the phone told me, the heater was leaking. I didn't see any water in the tray. I called another company who didn't see the water either. I let the lie slide. I used the company thinking I was helping out my own people. The heater was installed. I was pleased. Recently, I called about my salt tank knobs not being placed back in the right position. I found out about this after paying a company $143. I brought this to the company's attention. Boy, you would've thought I asked them for a cow. I didn't ask the company to pay me back. But, I was expecting a little honesty and professionalism about the situation. A call back would've been nice. Remember, you asked me how was I doing? I told you annoyed.

Had a backup in my bathrooms in a Sunday. They came out and took care of my problem. I did call three other company but they were not available. They even waived the weekend fee to help with the cost. I will be using them again. And recommend their company

The best plumbers I have done business with in Florida. Had a leak at the main line between my house and water meter, the main was repaired within a few hours. Price and service for what had to be repaired was great. Could not be happier. Very good family business to do your plumbing work.
