I could not have been more pleased with this company. Jack Byers our sales guy and the entire staff were knowledgeable, swift, accommodating, informative. We just finished renovating a 100 year old historic property and guest house and let’s just say the permitting and nonsense for the roof was extra complicated and I never once heard anyone complaining. They were amazing to work with. Cannot say enough about them.

We had a great experience with A Old Time Roofing. We received 2 quotes and A Old Time Roofing had the best price. They also included the double layer underlayment in their standard quote vs the competition that had it as an add on for almost $10,000 more. Cort Bennett was our project manager and he was kind and honest from the start. Throughout the project, Ted, the owner, also stopped by regularly to check on the work, make sure I was happy, answer any questions, or show me anything I wanted to see. He even took me up on the roof to see everything before the tile was installed. Neat to see the work and quality they did. The wait for tile was about 5 months. As soon as they knew the tile was close to being ready, they completed demo and the underlayment in 5 days - pretty quick! 2 weeks later the tile was delivered. 3 days later the roof was done. The crews were friendly and focused. They kept the work fairly clean for a roof. They regularly walked the property with magnets to pick up any screws or nails. They cleaned up when they were done. Overall a great experience and fast process. Couldn’t be happier. Anything I noticed, they fixed right away. Pricing stayed true to the contact and there were no surprises. Even when the inspector came, and realized who did the roof, he stated - you used one of the good ones - I never find issues with A Old Time Roofing. Old Time Roofing installed a new tile roof on my home, they completed installation a couple of weeks ago. With the help of the owner David they overcame a supply issue on the product I wanted and completed my job ahead of schedule. The workers on the demo and install were excellent, hard working and courteous. The ladies in the office were great to deal with as well. The sales person Mason is a nice guy, easy going and pleasant to deal with. My old roof was not leaking but at the end stages of its life expectancy. I followed the advice of JFK "The time to repair the roof is when the sun is shining".
We had a great experience with Old Time Roofing. Mason, who came out to give us our estimate was wonderful...he answered all of our questions and he put up with my endless questions with a smile on his face. Mason was able to get us scheduled in a time frame that accommodated our schedule. He also came to check on the roofers several times and was very encouraging to them and to us. The roofers were polite and worked very hard in serious heat. They worked long days to get the job done and did a fabulous job on the roofs and on the clean-up each day.
