Acoma roofing replaced my tile two years ago. Their customer service is outstanding!!! Ryder was always here whenever I had a question and always made me understand and feel confident in the job they were doing!!! With the hurricanes Helene and Milton coming through I had concerns as everyone did. I was amazed at the outdoor damage to my huge trees and landscaping in addition to my roof and ceilings. My two story house was completely dry inside. I had an inspection done last month to reduce the cost of insurance. Inspector said Acoma is one of the best and I saved money on homeowners insurance. Get quotes from the rest and then hire the best!! Thanks Acoma and staff, especially Ryder!!

Contacted Acoma Roofing on a friend's recommendation. Had a leak that reached an indoor window frame. Nicolas inspected the roof, found the problem area, and gave a preliminary assessment of the good, the bad, and the ugly. Fair and reasonable proposal to repair followed 6 days later. Michael and Steven were able to respond before Milton and do a great job of sealing the roof area in question that effectively kept all rain out. Guys were professional and were further able to pinpoint more specific repairs and suggestions. Their explanation was simple to understand and spot on. Waiting for a final proposal and final repairs, but I am appreciative of their efforts and services to date. Thank you Team Acoma:)

After my first review and giving them a good review, I had to withdraw that. The corners on my house were the cut the drip edge ,were not cut right. The valleys were also cut so cooked that it looks like crap, I have a large hump in my roof due to not putting back the H clips that go on the seems of plywood or inproply nailed They also charged 300.00 for 3 sheets of plywood that they changed the first time they did the roof. 10 years prior. We had no leeks. The plywood they used was left over from another job . This is what gets me the plywood is like 46.00 dollars at Lowes or home depot how can they charge that? They also say if you give them a good review, they give you a gift card for somewhere, and we never got it. Now, so you know a little about me and my family. My dad owned a company called T&J Fram and Trim. We built most of the 2 storie homes in old sections of East Lake Woodlands and have done many homes throughout Pinellas County. I myself have worked for different roofing companies in Pinellas County . This was a warrantee job, so they made good money. I also would never use GAF shingles ever again. They are junk. I will be adding photos. They also got nail dabree in my pool, and it put rust stains all through my pool. Along with that, my mother stepped on a nail that was left on the pool deck, and she fell and injured her back. We are very disappointed in the work... luckily for us the roof is still under warranty.... they will never step foot on our roof again... notic how the corners are buckled and look at the hump in the roof. Poor craftsmanship!!! I also noticed that they never replaced rotten wood on the facia. Look how lose the drip edge is from the facia. What gets me is the city of Dunedin. Let this pass an inspection. Makes you wonder about them to...

I recently had my roof changed by Acoma Roofing, and it was an excellent experience. I even got to speak directly with the owner, who was very nice. They gave me the best quote out of five other local companies in Palm Harbor, Florida. Two years later, I needed their help with a situation, and they didn't hesitate to come out and fix the problem. The best part was that they followed up with a phone call to make sure everything met my expectations. Highly recommend Acoma Roofing for their professionalism and great customer service!

Acoma replaced my roof in 2021. During the recent hurricanes Helene and Milton I did not lose one shingle whereas in all previous hurricanes since I bought the house in 2003 I would lose a few shingles. Well Done Acoma!!
