This is the first Dental office that I visited that is genuinely more interested in helping me fulfill my immediate needs and care, rather than pushing products or procedures because it brings them more money. I've been coming here for 3-4 years now. I was recommended by a friend to come here and highly recommend this office to anyone else. There's literally a choice of 2-3 dentists on every corner of 301, but if you are feeling overwhelmed by the choices or underwhelmed by your current provider, check them out!
Went in today after having tooth pain. Everyone was very polite and efficient and made me feel very comfortable. I had full x-rays (Thanks Alyssa), check-up and teeth cleaning (Yesenia H. ROCKS !!!). I received a treatment plan for the future and picked up an electric tooth brush and water flosser. Dr. Mike is the best but that's why I go here. Thank you for an awesome experience.
I loved the atmosphere at Advanced Dental. The front office staff were nice and very approachable. Dr. Mike, Morgan and her assistant were informative and patient. I will definitely be back to have my services done with you all. Keep up the excellent customer service!
If you are looking for a Dentist office this is not it. The new office manager has no interest in help her client if they have a problem. I waited 10 minutes for her to come talk with me about an issue that she was well aware of and told details before I came to her when she finally came to talk with me her demeanor and people skills was not pleasant to say the least. The only reason I still go is my dentist is amazing Dr Abril. I wish he still had his private practice. Amanda at the front desk is great. but you are just a number when it comes to the way Advanced Dental care as company treat you . The two stars are for the two great people there.
The dentist named doctor Jeffrey Abrell is one very cool professional doctor.... what I like about him is he will explain everything, he's patient he is also very kind when it comes to getting those needles, which we all hate... he took his time and I really like that about him. The staff is very kind and just outstanding professional service.
