Always a great experience at this office. Dr. Bretton has been my dentist (and my husband's) for over a decade and even though we have moved far, the customer service is worth the drive. I feel like they care for their patients and they are reasonable with their services/prices. I never feel like they are stealing my money and there are many options for payment. I took my mom for this visit and will be taking my son here too when he is older. I recommend him to everyone.

Dr Carlos Breton and staff at Advanced Dental Care came to my rescue when I needed urgent and immediate dental care. They were very efficient and professional in providing the services that were required. I never had to wait beyond my appointment time. The dental office is always neat and clean, which makes for a pleasant atmosphere. I highly recommend them for your dental needs.

Excellent office. From the dentist to the hygienists and other staff. Always on time and informative.
I’ve been a patient here for a while. I’ve never liked dental appointments but Margarita the hygienist made me feel soo welcome. She is definitely the best hygienist I’ve ever had. Too bad I had to move but If I could I would definitely come back!! Great office

I wish I could say it was good but it was not. The doctors were amazing and the nurses but my check out process what horrible. I was brought to the counter to check out , while I waited one of the ladies asked another how much I was supposed to pay, she responded. I waited by the counter with my card in hand and the initial lady who walked me there left. I continued to wait while I thought they were working on my paperwork another man walks up and the lady who was asked about my amount greets him and acknowledges him. I am still there standing with my card in hand to pay. He then asks about a mouth rinse . She proceeded to walk away and grab the item for him and tells him the amount. The man then asks to make appointments for his children to which I then said. At this point the man was already checked out. I said can I be checked out I need to leave to work and I have been waiting here before him. The lady gets upset at my and tells me not to be rude and apologizes to the guy and asks if HE minds letting me get checked out. I was beyond confused as to why she didn’t apologize to me for not acknowledging me and checks me out. I later received a email that not only left me speechless I was threatened with law enforcement if I returned. They canceled my future appointments and told me never to return. I am beyond frustrated and upset because I really was looking forward to getting serviced there as it’s convenient. Never did I even imagined that this could happen. There is always two sides to a story and I am leaving this review do it does not happen to someone else. I really do hope someone reaches out to make this right .

Margarita, my hygienist, demonstrated genuine care and professionalism during my visit. She provided thorough explanations about my dental needs and cleaning process, which I greatly appreciated. Unlike previous experiences that felt financially driven, Margarita's approach felt genuinely focused on my well-being. I highly recommend her. Additionally, the entire staff, including Yannia, was exceptionally welcoming and friendly. Thank you both for your outstanding service!
