I have been with them for over 15 years. They have completely changed. Cancel appointments without notifications twice. The last time I waited over a year. This time, I drove from Pasco to be told they called. They called once in the middle of my work. No emails or texts. But they can send texts out when they have people canceling and need it filled. Time to change. Update: I received a call with an apology and asked if they could get me in ASAP. I was not available that day, but the following day, I had my reschedule. They hygienist was very apologetic and kind. They did the job well. I appreciate them making it right so quickly and efficiently.

Dr abjubara was amazing as was Karen her assistant. I had three teeth extracted and the whole experience went great, and this is saying something because I am absolutely petrified of going to the dentist. Thank you ladies so so much for making the experience as painless as possible.

I am so happy I was able to go back to Advanced Dental Care of Temple Terrace after retiring and no longer having employer insurance. They were great when I was going and they are still great!! I appreciate Lela and her Supervisor Sarah as they went above and beyond to help me with an issue. My dentist Dr. Herron and her assistant Kim are wonderful and really love the way they take care of my dental needs! I am glad to be back at Advanced Dental Care!!! I would highly recommend them to friends, family and others!!!

I am having the worst experience with this dental office. I have dental insurance, and the office first told me that my dental work would be covered by insurance. But after getting the work done, I find out that my insurance company doesn’t have record of the office reaching out for authorization. Now they are unwilling to correct their lack of oversight, and I’m left with a bill that should have been fully covered by my insurance. If they would have told me from the beginning that the procedure is not covered, I would have gone elsewhere. As a former existing patient, they have lost my trust, and I will not recommend this office to anyone.

If I could give zero stars I would. I was turned away for my new patient appointment because I had my 3 month old baby with me. Then I was told I wouldn’t be able to make an appointment and show up if I continued to have my child with me. So heads up, if you’re a mom, advanced dental care will refuse to see you! Inconsiderate and unprofessional and almost positive this is discriminatory. DO NOT recommend.
