Affordable Roofing Systems is a good company. We needed help with inspection and possible repairs on our roof so we contacted them and worked with Leo. He was very courteous, prompt, professional and good customer service oriented. He sent out Carlos who did a great job. Carlos also then brought other specialists within a short time to look at the remaining items. Everyone there was prompt, competent and professional. Would definitely recommend them and will use their services again in future.

We purchased a metal roof from Affordable Roofing in 2007. It is still as beautiful as when they put it on! We developed a leak in the vent in a bathroom. Dan came out, evaluated problem- roof was fine but the sealant around vent had dried/ nothing major at all and roof still in great shape. Dan was excellent to work with, competent and professional- would recommend this company and Dan without hesitation!!!!!

Horrible customer service experience! Bought a home that Affordable Roofing completed less than 7 years ago. A leak had started during hurricane Debby. I Called in the following week to make an appointment multiple times over course of 3 weeks and every time i was told i would get a phone call within 48 hours. After 3 + weeks I was told that they could not come out for another 2 to 3 weeks and at this point the leak has become worse. I got the run around for 3 weeks only to be told that I should call another roofing company even though they are the ones who did the roof on the home and being assured they would work with me on the issue.

Affordable Roofing replaced our roof under our GAF Gold Pledge warranty in 2016. In 2017 we noticed a leak and they came out and fixed it which was great! Later we noticed that some water had leaked into the concrete blocks and was causing nail heads on that same wall to rust and pop the interior dry wall. Even though technically dry wall damage is not covered under the GAF warranty, Affordable contracted M & R to replace the rusty nails, patch and paint the wall. Truly outstanding customer service. Affordable Roofing Systems replaced our 22 year old shingle roof last week. It took them 1.75 days to complete the entire job. I had a lot of fascia woodwork that needed to be replaced. They did an excellent job on both replacing wood and roofing my home. They did an excellent job on clean up and there was absolutely no damage to my property whatsoever. They were very timely in the start date and start time on both days. I highly recommend them.
