From beginning to end my experience was incredible. They say you get what you pay for and Affordable Roofing Systems is worth every penny. Our roof needed to be replaced and we couldn’t wait any longer. David’s crew began on Thursday morning and finished by Saturday late morning. Very professional and respectful. Our home is a little over 3k sq ft. Their crew used large tarps to cover our pool and walkways and picked up every little nail, staple, and scrap- I couldn’t believe it! Very impressive. I highly recommend.

We recently had our roof replaced by Affordable Roofing. We were pleased with the entire experience. Chris did an in-depth presentation and answered all our questions. The crew who did the work was courteous and professional. The work was completed in 1 day. The cleanup was very good, we never found as much as 1 nail afterwards. Danny came to present our final statement. There was a discrepancy with the initial quote we were given. He made an immediate adjustment. We would highly recommend the company!

Affordable Roofing Systems is a good company. We needed help with inspection and possible repairs on our roof so we contacted them and worked with Leo. He was very courteous, prompt, professional and good customer service oriented. He sent out Carlos who did a great job. Carlos also then brought other specialists within a short time to look at the remaining items. Everyone there was prompt, competent and professional. Would definitely recommend them and will use their services again in future.

Affordable Roofing replaced our roof under our GAF Gold Pledge warranty in 2016. In 2017 we noticed a leak and they came out and fixed it which was great! Later we noticed that some water had leaked into the concrete blocks and was causing nail heads on that same wall to rust and pop the interior dry wall. Even though technically dry wall damage is not covered under the GAF warranty, Affordable contracted M & R to replace the rusty nails, patch and paint the wall. Truly outstanding customer service. Special thanks to David, Steve, Zack and Chris! See before and after pictures.
