Outstanding Dental Experience

My first visit to American Family and Cosmetic Dentistry was exceptional. The office was organized and professional, with minimal wait time. The staff were thorough in explaining my treatment plan, and the dental hygienist was kind and professional. Dr. Mostafa provided gentle and expert care, making me feel at ease throughout the appointment. I highly recommend this practice for top-notch dental care in a welcoming environment.

The dentist told me NOT TO BRING my Psychiatric Service Dog there again - just like that. She is quiet, well-behaved, in an enclosed stroller with her vest and service animal patches on, paperwork/documents in hand.
I had asked the staff before the appointment just to make sure we would be in a friendly environment, as I had been experiencing anxiety after a bad accident.
Also, the patient chairs where they do procedures are all VERY close together and in an open environment without walls. I could smell the particles/debris in the air after they had been drilling for a continuously (very) long period of time. The drilling was SO LOUD and with the particles that were all filling the air, I actually just wanted to get out of there.
Considering all these things, it was not a positive experience from a patient's point of view.
--I really hesitate to write negative reviews, but as I carefully consider what to do, I realize that these are things that I WISH I had known before going there. So I'm going to speak the truth and hopefully it will help someone.

Went to for the first time to Dr. Mostafa and found the office very clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and after a thorough exam I was explained and given choices; very professional, look forward to my next appointment

I went for my first visit with Dr. Mostafa this week. I found him through my insurance. Very nice, clean, modern office. The staff are pleasant, efficient, and easy to communicate with. I'm scheduled for some work and very happy with this office as my Dental Provider.

Went for a bridge removal, tooth extraction and temp bridge..
I am an 80 dentist chicken…
Dr and his staff are extremely gentle, professional and caring!
I highly recommend them!!
