They did a good job on our roof but one employee stepped through the roof and through our garage ceiling, which we just had drywalled. We have been calling them since June to have it repaired and they continue to tell us they will take care of it. It is now November and our ceiling still has a hole in it. I would rate them 5 stars if they would fix this but 5 months is a little ridiculous.
When I deal with a business, I demand honesty first, professionalism next, and finally a good price. Approved Roofing delivers on all three. Having already dealt with a dishonest...roofing company who wanted to cheat the insurance company with false "wind-damage" claims, I was understandably nervous about the whole process. Jim came out, went up on the roof, listened to our concerns and gave us an amazingly fair quote. His crew came out and within two days, our home was reroofed. No nails or debris left on our property. One of the foremen, John, found some old plywood that was improperly fitted by the original roofer...and fixed it to proper standards. John and the rest of the crew were amazing workers. Polite, professional, fast and thorough. Our roof looks amazing and we will now save over 30% on our insurance! This company restores my faith that there are still some businesses out there that are professional and treat their customers fairly. I recommend them wholeheartedly!
Wow what a beautiful roof job y’all did. I was extremely satisfied with the job from the estimate to the completion of job. Great employees to very nice and respectful. Everyone that comes to my house compliments my roof. I had old ugly white shingles with mildew and now I have a beautiful metal roof they built to dormers on my ranch style home which estimator recommended never knew It would look soo amazing thank you soo much Approved Roofing what a fantastic job y’all have done on my home your a five star company!!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The crew from Approved Roofing was outstanding. They knew what they were doing and they worked without complaining in a steady state fashion. I was also impressed because they cleaned up as they worked which takes a conscious effort on a roofing job. Not only was the work well done but the price was thousands less than other quotes. But what really helped me save money was that I worked with my own helper doing a large amount of the carpentry repairs. My home is an old home and the roof needed a lot of carpentry repairs. This company allowed me to work simultaneous with the crew thereby saving me about $1000 in repair labor. Thanks for a job well done.
