This is the best roofing company in Manatee County. They really care about quality, workmanship, and customer service. best quality, best price, and extremely great customer service! What a great company! We cannot say enough how pleased we are with them. I actually wish I had more roofs for them to do! Thank you so very much Approved Roofing!

I called 3 weeks ago to schedule an estimate for a new roof. They told me they would have someone out this morning at 10 am. I received an email this past Wednesday asking me if I still wanted to schedule an appointment, so I called and was assured the email was in error, and I was indeed on their schedule for this morning. After nobody showed at the scheduled appointment time, I called yet again, only to be told I was not on their schedule, and would I like to schedule at time…..unbelievably poor customer service. I can only imagine the runaround if I was dumb enough to use them and there was an issue. I you really like to be jerked around, use this company. If you’re looking to be treated with respect, absolutely do NOT call these folks.

I am so happy with Approved Roofing. I'm a Realtor and I had a listing that needed a roof. I called them on Thursday, they came out and gave the estimate on Friday, Monday was a holiday so we had to wait for the permit, today is Wednesday and the roof is DONE! Great service, great price, great quality, and great people to work with.

These guys did my roof 12 years ago before I moved in. Earlier this year they found animal damage on my roof and repaired it after I found a leak in my bathroom. After the repair, I repaired the damaged ceiling and wall just to have the same leak a week later after we had some severe weather come through. I called the company, and they reinforced the work and it worked. This is where the problem comes in. After offering to repair my bathroom ceiling and wall, I offered to do the work on it myself if they would provide the materials. Less than $100 in costs. A great deal to prevent a professional to come in and charge a ridiculous amount for two days of work. Couldn't believe it after a week I got no call back. I called the office and the receptionist said she would get back to me. Two weeks later, nothing. I called the following week and left two messages for a call back...nothing. Now I have to decide if I want to take this to small claims for a lot more than $100. So, hopefully the company sees this and we can end this, but I will not be dealing with these folks anymore. Choice has to be made.

I was driving down 41 and one of the drivers in a van cut me off coming out of a gas station parking lot and then I passed him and he's drinking beer. I knowI would never use this company
