I just wanted to thank Dr. Mousse and her dental assistant for their outstanding patient service. 👏🏾 My 11-year-old daughter had a tooth extraction, and Dr. Mousse was resourceful, patient, and gentle. 😊 They helped calm her nerves with a warm cozy blanket. Not to mention, the office staff was fabulous from the moment we walked in to when we left. 🙌🏾 Thanks again for the excellent quality of care!
Highly recommend. No one wants to go to the dentist, however, I felt very comfortable from start to finish. The staff was very understanding of my needs and concerns; I will definitely be back for future dental work. They were also very easy to work with in regards to my insurance.
I would recommend this Dental office to everyone! This team is amazing. They are so welcoming and accommodating. The doctor was very friendly, listened to my issue and took wonderful care of me. A wonderful experience from the front to the back.
I have had pleasant experiences with Dr. Wild and Dr. Guerrero but not with Dr. Moussa. My previous experiences at this practice were fine however Dr. M was not personable nor reassuring regarding her confidence in the procedure performed. She appeared to be new to the job. The icing on the cake was that I felt disrespected as a patient as I am confident that she passed gas several times during the procedure. It should be noted that patients are not wearing masks in the sense that the doctor and assistants are in a dental practice. I would have appreciated her excusing herself before continuing. I am looking for a new dental practice as this office seems have high turnover and I would not return to Dr. M or recommend to others.
