I have had nothing but issues with this company since I had my A/C unit installed June 2023. Not one appointment were they on time for or even bothered to show up for.
It started with 2 100% Spanish speakers doing the install and could not communicate a thing to me about what was going on. One of them brought their wife along to hang out with them. It took them 10 hours for the installation, but weren’t finished because they dented the coil and needed to replace it. They also spilled the pan in my attic and wrecked my ceilings, walls and floors that I had to have all be repaired. Keep in mind, none of this was communicated directly to me.
For the next few months, between Victor, Jordan and Brian, no one could figure out why it was blowing air in the mid 80s when it was set at 74. They each gave me a slew of excuses about the hot weather outside making it difficult for the unit to perform. They made several minor repairs for the next 4 months!!!
Finally, IN OCTOBER, I ended up getting the owner, Jason, involved, after the team was already 2 hours late for a scheduled appointment and they were asking for ANITHER 2 hours. I told him I wanted the whole thing taken out and I would have another company do it. Their website guarantees 100% customer satisfaction, it your money back. Well that was what I wanted and essentially he said it would be too much work and he didn’t want to do that. He made an offer and said he would send someone out a final time to make all the repairs and then we’d schedule the inspection. I took off 2 more days off work being flexible around THEM to get all of this over with. Even after all that, it failed inspection! So I had to schedule ANOTHER day for them to come back and fix the issues and ANOTHER day for the inspection. Once they felt like they had fixed every single possible issue, I just wanted to check the heat to make sure there were no problems with that. SURPRISE! It didn’t even turn on. So they had to come back AGAIN to repair that.
Fast forward to May 20, 2024, I contacted the manager Rocco to have it serviced since it’s almost been a year. I told him I could do any Monday. Soon after, I got a text stating that my appointment with B&B Professional Plumbing and Air has been scheduled for Monday May 27 2024 between 8:00 AM & 10:00 AM. Guess who never showed? So I message Rocco. Again with the excuses about “When scheduling, holidays do not appear in our system. Today is a holiday,
And has been reserved for emergencies we can reschedule.” You’re telling me in this “professional company”, you don’t have someone reviewing the schedule?! To make sure things like THIS don’t happen?!
Absolute asinine company. I wish I had never given them a dime. Spending the entire Florida summer INDOORS in 85°+… run fast to ANY other company! They have zero consideration for your valuable time. They make scheduled appointments, but then show up whenever they want, if at all. It’s just all excuses with them and no one can actually diagnose the problem(s).

I have had AC issues for a few months now and had several people to my house. I will ONLY trust Rocco. He is very transparent, lets you know all options. He knows what he's talking about. This man has so much dedication. I have recommended others, only because of him. Keep doing OUTSTANDING things Rocco!

Received an AC quote last week from a local shop that seemed exceptionally high. Wanted a second opinion. A friend referred us to Rocco with B&B Professional Plumbing & Air. Rocco came out today and quoted us a much more reasonable price for the AC work. He was friendly, timely and knowledgeable. Thank you, Rocco, for servicing us! Would highly recommend if you need any repairs with your AC!

Doing some renovations in my home, my GC got a quote to move a gas lines, thought the proposal was insane so I decided to call around. God was on my side when I discovered B&B, price was half and service was exceptional! Will use them for all future projects, they are honest, hard working and reliable! Can’t say enough good things!

Mike G was out today. We were very impressed. He really took time to be sure everything was perfect and that we were happy. We highly recommend B & B - everyone has just been wonderful!!
