They set up appointment and never showed up on required time. After few calls customer representative lied that technician is on the way. I took my time off from work to be on time and place and nobody showed up. They still charge me for $49 for visit charge from previous day. Will never call those guys. Very unprofessional. I am editing this review to respond to reply from B&B. My complaint isn't for fee you charged me for Mike's visit in Monday but for Wednesday appointment that was from 10am to 12. Nobody showed up on appointment time. After call to customer service answer was " technician is behind time because he is stuck on job but will be on the way shortly". I call after 12 same answer and I call around 2pm again with technician not coming yet. Customer service representative wanted me to reschedule appointment for another day. Who is going to pay for my time off?

Asked for 24 hour service because my husband had just died suddenly, AC was out, and I had people arriving within a few days, most of them elderly, in their 80s. On a unit they installed a year and a half ago (for $15,000). They did not come in 24 hours. Took days for them to get a part. Then promise to fix it the next morning (now day 4). They did not come until 5 pm when I was due at a dinner for me; had to miss it. Six hours later at 11 pm, the repair which was supposed to take 45 minutes was not repaired. Tech said he did not know why. I had requested someone experienced to come to the site, but no one came. Called customer service and they said a supervisor needed to come to the site. Supervisor never came, decided to guide this inexperienced tech through the job, for hours. In the middle of which i talked to the supervisor on the tech's phone, (on speaker phone) and he yelled at me and accused me of "grabbing" the tech's phone - I did not, I was standing there. The ech was polite and trying his best, but he could not fox it. An hour later, he left, saying he could not fix it.
2 customer service women were polite and kind, but 2 others treated me with disrespect (because I had been upset that they gave me no priority which they promised repeatedly at first.) Every time you call this company, you get a different person. The techs vary: some are very good, others are inexperienced.
Also, they use variable pricing. Use lots of salesman tricks, but the worst is that they try to charge exorbitant prices if u live in a nice neighborhood. When I called the manager on it (on a previous repair, a routine cleaning of a clog) because I knew what it should cost, they did bring down the charge - to 1/3 the price they had on the original bill.
Beware. They are not managing their employees well, and I have never experienced this kind of rudeness, and in one situation, downright hostility, by any service company - I have never written a critical comment about any company before this.
This company is out of control, has numerous problematic or inexperienced employees, seems to farm out customer service calls, so those reps have no power at all, has unethical pricing and has no concept of treating customers well to further business. They were cold, heartless and mean in the days after I lost my husband after 43 years marriage. They just did not care enough to try to do a good job.

They sent me Plumer and told me different astemate and then they told much higher price after they finish I payed 275 they asked for 220 at begging after he finish he said it’s 450 and he didn’t connect the employee sink and they sent me later invoice for the whole amount again and didn’t send no one to fix the employee sink that’s he didn’t connect with the heater they would scam you and hustle you and won’t get your jop done and you will waste money and if I see another invoice from them they will be sued for this becuse they scammers

When I made my appt for the garbage disposal repair/replacement, I gave the office my address and she said he would be here between 8-10 AM. He arrived at 11:15 AM after I called twice asking and she said "you live a long way away." Well, then make my appt for 11-12 then. The serviceman, Theo, was very nice, had a great smile, but also said, I live a long way away and that is why it took him so long. Anyway, he installed a garbage disposal with a blanket flat charge which I kinda find questionalble but I was in a pinch with out of state guests here. I see on-line the actual cost of the type of disposal that was installed was not very high so I assume the mark up from B&B is high and/or the labor is very high. The disposal and labor were not broken out on the billing invoice. Not a happy camper with my first job from B& B.
