If this Blake is the same Blake at Lithia Springs, then this barbecue is the bomb! The smoke on each meat is perfect and the sauce with heat is amazing! I'll go to Lithia Springs just for Blake and not to swim!

We had a company event Mr.Blake pulled up in with his truck and pit set up and it was AWESOME good food excellent service and a price to die for. I will hire him for every event I Host
