This is a wonderful dentist office, everyone on staff is so kind, courteous, and personable. If you actually want to have a pleasant dentist experience, then come here! The doctor is really sweet and takes time to get to know you which makes any procedure you need to get done not just easy to bear, but enjoyable. Highly recommend!
Cannot believe how rude these front desk staff are honestly. Had an appointment got there at 7:45 only to get a call from the rudest lady at the desk and said we need to do 10:45 instead we were already waiting in the parking lot she said the Dr just texted saying he wont be in till later no apology for the inconvenience or trying to work with our schedule. Even though the dr is nice I would never recommend this office due to the very very poor customer service. Edit; the dentist reached out to apologise and although the front desk are still not friendly by any means the only reason we will return is because of the dentist and dental assistants. The 5 stars are only for them. Thank you dr Chuck
We have had a good experience with the dentists when we have been seen. They are knowledgeable and good at their jobs. However, we've had terrible experiences working with the front desk. The receptionist was not empathetic at all and was rude to us as we worked through an issue that they had on their side with insurance. We still worked with them however, but then for the last year or more, every time we had an appointment for dental cleaning booked, they didn't have someone on staff to do so, so it was cancelled.
I was very surprised at how friendly and attentive the doctor and office staff was compared to the previous location where I was registered. The staff was courteous, professional and made me feel at ease. I have not enjoyed going to the dentist in the past, but i probably would have if I had come to this office.
I had quite a bit of dental work done recently. Everything went very well! Every body what works there is very nice. Juan the higenist did a great job and Dr. Chuck, the dentist did an excellent job as well! My insurance paid for most of it, which is an added bonus!!!!
