In October 2023, I visited this clinic for a night guard for my teeth. The doctor convinced me to get a crown on one of my teeth, conveniently omitting the risks that it might hurt my gum constantly and that the tooth underneath could crack, potentially necessitating an implant. I should mention that my tooth wasn’t bothering me at all. The doctor assured me that a crown would be a better option as it would offer protection.
However, from the day the crown was inserted, my gum has been inflamed and painful. It is now July, and the situation remains unchanged. I have visited the clinic five times to discuss this issue, and they even referred me to a gum specialist. Every time, they told me, "It is what it is, let's hope the pain will go away. We don't know how to help."
They also made a night guard for me, which turned out to be bulky and prevented me from closing my mouth properly, unlike my previous night guard. When I asked them to adjust it, they removed a bit of material but still did not fix it properly. Eventually, I had to change clinics. The new clinic found that the night guard was poorly made, with a huge gap on one side and it touching one of my teeth on the other side. I saw the pictures and now this new clinic has to fix it.
As for the crown, the situation is even worse. The original clinic pushed the crown on me and unfortunately I assumed they are professionals and that was my mistake. They did it just hoping that on top of significant expense of doing a crown I might need to return for an implant soon enough as well. The new clinic informed me that the tooth under the crown could crack at any moment, and the entire situation looks like it might end up requiring an implant. Judging by the pain I experience, I believe that this is exactly what is going to happen.
I feel utterly scammed by this clinic. If I could, I would spend my days standing in front of this clinic, telling every person who tries to enter about my experience to prevent them from being ripped off and having a poor job done on their teeth. Stay away from this clinic.

The dentist and everyone in the back of the practice were thoughtful and very professional. The first person you see at the front desk was Kathy, she juggles patients and does it well. I had some fillings done. Prices were reasonable and the dentist is outstanding. I will be back.

My first visit to Dr. Chuck's dental office was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and calming. Dr. Chuck's professionalism and expertise were immediately evident, as he took the time to thoroughly explain each step of the process and address any concerns I had.
What truly stood out was Dr. Chuck's personable nature—he made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire appointment. His genuine interest in my dental health and well-being was evident, and he went above and beyond to ensure I felt informed and cared for.
The entire staff was friendly and efficient, making the visit a breeze from start to finish. I left the office feeling confident in my choice of dentist and looking forward to future visits. I highly recommend Dr. Chuck's office to anyone in search of top-notch dental care delivered with professionalism and a personal touch.

I initially loved this office and the dentists because they’re super nice and Dr. Chuck took time to educate me, which I completely appreciated. But I needed more than a nice dentist to complete my extensive dental work and this experience has been a nightmare! My temporary fell out the same day they put it in while I was on a cruise. I didn’t get upset because I knew it was not going to be permanent. But, when he installed my permanent bridge it fell out that week!!! I have called three times and left voicemails to book an appointment and used their online booking to no avail. The only time I got a call back was when the office manager called me because I stopped paying the financing for my $3300 device and the financing company said that they were going to contact them to resolve this. Not only will I never go back to this office again. I will never use any BrightNow! dentist!
I’m so disappointed because I thought I had found my dental home!!

I literally just set a first time appointment with a very energetic Cinthia as my customer service rep. I cannot say enough good things about her. What a great experience talking to an actual human! She was beyond helpful and extremely knowledgable! Puts you in the right state of mind when having to even think of seeing a dentist. JOB WELL DONE CINTHIA with an ‘i’ ;)
