Became a new patient yesterday!! Received amazing customer service as I called the day before and were able to fit me in before my insurance expired! Doctor Laun was fantastic! He was very informing and reviewed my previous dental work through x rays and examination.
I was very nervous to start a new dentist as I have had several procedures in the past! However his knowledge and time spent with me was very informing and appreciative! I received cosmic work done on a recent chip and it looks flawless!
My cleaning by Loranna was also great! She was very welcoming and performed a very thorough cleaning! Will be returning for sure!

I was shocked by the level of incompetence of the staff here. A few weeks ago I had a basic cleaning scheduled and showed up on time. They said they couldn't do it that day because I needed an exam and the dentist wasn't there. They said they called me the day before to cancel, but I never got a call, voicemail, or email. So I rescheduled for today. I even called a few hours before my appointment, just to confirm the dentist would be there. The woman I spoke to confirmed the appointment. I explained what happened last time and confirmed the dentist would be there to do the exam. She said yes. I went to the appointment and was sat in the chair when they came in to tell me the dentist had gone home for the day, they couldn't do the exam, and I'd have to reschedule. Just mind-numbing incompetence and complete lack of respect for people's time.

My insurance changed this year and my old dentist is not participating with my new plan. I decided on Bright Now because it is close and has good reviews. The reviews are right on! I love my new dentist, Chuck, and everyone in the office is very nice! Now I’m glad that my old dentist is not participating because I found a better one, by far!

In October 2023, I visited this clinic for a night guard for my teeth. The doctor convinced me to get a crown on one of my teeth, conveniently omitting the risks that it might hurt my gum constantly and that the tooth underneath could crack, potentially necessitating an implant. I should mention that my tooth wasn’t bothering me at all. The doctor assured me that a crown would be a better option as it would offer protection.
However, from the day the crown was inserted, my gum has been inflamed and painful. It is now July, and the situation remains unchanged. I have visited the clinic five times to discuss this issue, and they even referred me to a gum specialist. Every time, they told me, "It is what it is, let's hope the pain will go away. We don't know how to help."
They also made a night guard for me, which turned out to be bulky and prevented me from closing my mouth properly, unlike my previous night guard. When I asked them to adjust it, they removed a bit of material but still did not fix it properly. Eventually, I had to change clinics. The new clinic found that the night guard was poorly made, with a huge gap on one side and it touching one of my teeth on the other side. I saw the pictures and now this new clinic has to fix it.
As for the crown, the situation is even worse. The original clinic pushed the crown on me and unfortunately I assumed they are professionals and that was my mistake. They did it just hoping that on top of significant expense of doing a crown I might need to return for an implant soon enough as well. The new clinic informed me that the tooth under the crown could crack at any moment, and the entire situation looks like it might end up requiring an implant. Judging by the pain I experience, I believe that this is exactly what is going to happen.
I feel utterly scammed by this clinic. If I could, I would spend my days standing in front of this clinic, telling every person who tries to enter about my experience to prevent them from being ripped off and having a poor job done on their teeth. Stay away from this clinic.

Edit: They finally called and have resolved the billing issue.
Beware they will overcharge you for services and refuse to call you back to address the issues!!!
If I could give the billing department zero stars I would. They apparently have no clue what they are doing and don’t return phone calls. I was told by the receptionist that are were without an office manager about 3 weeks ago. She said the regional person who was covering would call me. However, the regional person who is covering must not know how to use a phone to call people back. Per my insurance EOB says I owe way less than what they are trying to charge. They are also trying to overcharge my husband as well.
Now the dentist on the other hand was wonderful.
