I was disappointed and concerned when I changed employers, and my dentist – of whose office staff I was greatly fond - did not accept my new insurance. Not knowing where to turn, I reviewed my options for care. After coming across the online reviews for Bright Now Dental, I was intrigued to find a list of glowing online patient reviews. I found this greatly encouraging, although I must admit, I was still a bit skeptical. Nonetheless, I called and made an appointment. The person who answered the phone was extremely bright and helpful, which made a great first impression. But how would my in-person experience measure up? I am pleased to report that several years later, I am still a patient at Bright Now Dental. Their office staff is not only friendly, but their technicians are not only knowledgeable but also extremely kind. They are calming, they are thorough, they are personable and recall personal details about each patient. This goes a long way considering the vulnerable state of being in the dentist chair. I am very appreciative of their service and am always sure to refer anyone to them who is seeking a dentist. The other members of my household have shared the same experience. This is very important considering that a lack of dental maintenance can lead to serious issues. I hope the staff knows the difference they are making in the lives of their patients and their patients’ families. And I hope I can always continue to have them as our dental care provider.

I honestly love this place… I had a really bad experience at my old dentist. the dental assistants and the dentist himself made sure to be patient with me and explained EVERYTHING without any confusion. I don’t know her name but there was this one lady that literally was so sweet and patient with me, answered all my questions, thank you for giving me a good experience and just being YOU! I will only be going here going forward.

I've been going here since I was about 15 and I LOVE it here. Everyone is so sweet! I have a fear of going to the dentist, but they have made it so much easier for me to get through what I need done! Omneya is SO SWEET and the people at the front desk and Dr Marrero has been doing my work since he got there and he is so careful and kind! As someone who hates the dentist, they make me like it!

Very friendly and professional customer service, everyone was so nice and efficient. My dental experience was very good, from front desk to the chair really pleasant my hygienist she explained everything also giving me advice and she's so caring, i highly recommended this place.

I’ve not been in a dental office for a while due to a bad experience and on the date of my appt I couldn’t ask for a better service. The dental assistant Audra made a great difference comforting me and made me feel so calm and the DMD Marrero did a great job keeping me informed of what he was doing in all times. They did a great job!!
