I was fortunate enough to have found Brio as a venue to celebrate my baby shower. The entire process was great! From booking, choosing menu options etc. The manager, Joe was wonderful and so accommodating to us and all of our shower decor and set up requests. Glenda, Manny, Kim and Todd were excellent and kept all the guests well taken care of! I am so appreciative of the Brio team and all they did to ensure the special celebration went well. The food was delicious, the space was the perfect size and it was such a memorable day. Thank you again!

Went there for happy hour but had to ask for happy hour menus. The table next to us didn’t know about happy hour and they were not reminded so they ate off the regular menu with a few similar drinks and dishes for twice the price. We are finding with inflation and high prices several restaurants are doing this. Beware and ask. The food was nothing special but it wasn’t bad. The happy hour drinks were decent.

Overall service was excellent and it was nice that they are able to handle large groups as the venue is spacious. They offer a wide variety of options and all were great as we ordered little bit of everything. See all the photos and try not to get hungry.

I've been to Brio Italian Grilled before in Orlando. This location didn't live up the experience. We arrived about 9pm for dinner, I'm not sure if it was because it was the end of the night, but the service was poor. Our server didn't do a great job at explaining the menu. I ordered the $26 shrimp pasta, and it came out dry with little to no flavor or sauce. I had to ask for sauce, and she told me the cook had also put out other dishes that received complaints. My son told me my dish looked like the pasta at his school 😕. She did offer to have the manager come to the table and give me a complimentary dessert for the trouble. It sucks to spend you hard earned money on a meal, just to be disappointed by the kitchen and poor service. The location is in a great area, but the dishes need to be improved. The dishes should fit the menu description. That's what sales it.

First of all , I would like to say that our server, Carson, was wonderful, attentive, and took his time in helping us select the perfect wine. I've been here many times before and have been very pleased and satisfied with the quality of our meal , but unfortunately , this time was not the case. The main reason for going was to get their lamb, but when it arrived at our table, the size of each lamb shank was no larger than the size of a half dollar and there were only 3 peices. The picture I'm including in my review does not capture the true size. We were able to get a side order of the asparagus. Because, as you all know, I don't eat grains or certain vegetables that are high in carbs. Each asparagus stalk was so small and thin and flimsy that we had to point it out to the manager. And he even admitted it looked very sad. Even so, we weren't charged for it, but I definitely left hungry. Not sure if we will be back for a while. Maybe this will change, but for now, we will try another restaurant to get lamb. We did order the beef carpaccio appetizer, which actually helped save the day.
