Everyone at this establishment is awesome. Caring, compassionate and concerned for your well-being. Having not been to a dentist in many years, I was nervous to go. But, from the time I entered the waiting room all the way up to me exiting this office, I was in great hands of the great people who definitely put my mind at ease. If there were 10 stars on this review, this office deserves all 10.😁

Funny. I make an appointment 6 months in advance. Last minute - a couple of days before my appointment (for the 2nd or 3rd time in the last 2 years) - the office calls and switches my appointment. Fine, I'll come Monday instead of Tuesday because no hygienist will be there on Tuesday. So I get there Monday and they bring me in and take x-rays again. Then do the cleaning and flossing. They give me a small box of toothpaste - not the regular package of brush, floss and toothpaste my husband gets but oh well. They then tell me I''m done.
I stop - wait -- didn't we miss something I think. This is the dentist? I ask about the x-rays and they say "The Dentist will review them and we'll get back to you if anything is wrong." I ask "Wait - am I not seeing the dentist?" Nope not he's there, -- he was on vacation? Now - why am I coming to the dentist to just get a cleaning and not see the dentist? I will say the hygienist was much better than the 19 year old novice they had clean my teeth a year and a half ago. Not sure what was going on there but it was the worst.
My basic issue - why do I make an appointment six months in advance, to get it changed last minute and to top it off - I don't even see the dentist. My husband and I wondered if this means I wouldn't be billed for a regular appt on my insurance as well.

Sincerely the best dental visit I have ever had! All of the staff were friendly and courteous. The hygienist was gentle but thorough. Dr. Mancuso made sure to answer all of my questions and was very professional and kind. I could not be more pleased with my experience and am glad to be a patient!

Dr. Mancuso is great. He has a nice bedside manner and he takes the time to educate and answer your questions. My dental hygienist, Yosie, was fabulous and so sweet. I asked for her to share with me as much preventative education as she could and she provided me with a wealth of useful information. Christy at the front desk is AMAZING! Not only is she super kind and polite, but she is also so great at helping you pick the right payment options and explaining things above and beyond what is required. She is awesome. Overall a great experience for me, and I would highly recommend to others.

My first time there. Would definitely recommend. And the dental discount plan they offer is perfect!
