We have always received prompt and excellent service on all our repairs so we had them put in a new water heater. This was no different. Dean was very nice and patient with me, answering all my questions. And the inspector said he did a great job.

They have done some great work at my parents condo building. I considered them for a new water heater for my home, but they only had "6 year" warranty units available for installation. Because of this we went with another local company that carried the "10 year" units we were looking for.

Senad was very professional and knowledgeable. He did an excellent job fixing a leak we had under the sink and replacing a toilet and water line. He took the time to explain what he was doing and got the job done quickly. He took pride in his work and was so kind. We had a pipe burst behind the wall this morning and when I called Clearwater Plumbing for emergency help, Karen was kind and courteous and managed to get Scott out to us right away. He was at my door within an hour of my call, very polite and professional, located the leak and stopped it, and even managed to work it out with scheduling to get Alan to come assist with the full fix the same day. The time between me frantically shutting off the main valve while calling a plumber and having a full fix completed was half a day. I would definitely use Clearwater Plumbing again and strongly recommend them. Everyone from beginning to end went above and beyond to fix my emergency plumbing matter ASAP. Thank you!
