The staff were knowledgeable, cutious, very calm and collective . Dr Jose Avila was so understanding with all the work I needed to get done. Very cohesive team. Place was very clean and run efficient and ethical. God bless you all.

First visit with coast dental today both the hygienist William and Dr Avila were awesome! Right amount of friendly welcoming and professional. Eased my nerves as it has been way too many years since I’ve been and they were wonderful. All the staff there were nice too, thoroughly happy I chose this dental practice so far….😊

I have been a patient here for almost ten years. Dr. Avila is a nice person and a wonderful dentist, and the hygienists in the office are also friendly and do a great job. However, there have been changes over the past few years and things seem to be getting worse. In addition to billing issues, which they eventually resolved, I am frustrated with not being able to get in touch with anyone at the office. They filter all of their calls through a call center.
My appointment was changed with no communication until I was sent a confirmation email with the new date. I tried to call the office directly several times and no one answered the phone. The mailbox was full so I could not even leave a message. I then selected the option for appointments and got the call center appointments line. They said they did not know why my appointment was changed without my knowledge, but they had no alternate appointments available for over a month. I need to change the new appointment, but I do not want to wait a month for a simple cleaning. This is not the first time I have had difficulty scheduling an appointment in the past few years, so I am seriously considering seeking dental services elsewhere.

wow. New patient here. The BEST dental office experience I have ever had. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Oral exam extremely thorough. Easy on line booking if that is your thing. No up selling. Already looking forward to my next regular visit!

Dr Jo and William, the hygienist, were professionals as well as friendly helping me to relax! Office was clean and staff welcoming. Got some good advice in dental care. Glad I switched to this office!
