I wanted to introduce Indian cuisine to my teenagers and found Sacred Spice. I would say, Tandori chicken was delicious, but unfortunately the service was really slow and the food came out one dish at a time. We even had to cancel part of our order. We didn’t touch the food until half of our order was in. Not the best impression for someone visiting for the first time. I’m pretty sure I’ll try a different place next time.😌

I recently visited Sacred Spice in Tampa and was thoroughly impressed. The quality of the food and the level of service were exceptional. I ordered vegetarian meals, and each dish was incredibly flavorful. The staff's attention to detail and service was top-notch. Highly recommend!

The Cheese Naan at Sacred Spice Indian Restaurant is absolutely delicious and mouthwatering! Their vegetarian entrees are also amazing—I tried the Methi Malai Matar, and it was excellent. The staff is friendly, and the restaurant is spacious, with a bar too!

Anyone else remember how there used to be multiple Indian buffets before covid? I’d love an explanation of why they went away. Covid really killed the entire buffet concept it seems and that’s a shame. Anyway, Sacred Spice has a buffet that’s only on the weekends (as far as I know) and if you’re in Pinellas your options for an Indian buffet are limited. So, it gets 3 stars immediately for simply existing. Is it the best Indian buffet? No. But is it the best Indian buffet in Pinellas? Also no. That’s probably, surprisingly, Chili Verde on 34th St. S. But, Sacred Spice does exist and it is okay. High points: Pretty good paneer, okay chicken masala, excellent crispy fried onion bhaji, and this incredible “street chicken” which I’ve never seen on an Indian buffet before. Low points: lackluster rice, not a lot of variety, terrible desserts, and their naan is floppy and bland. Still, if you’re looking for an Indian buffet in northern Pinellas, your options are super limited. Would recommend if you’re nearby.
