Amazing customer service! They work with you and your insurance in a quick and timely manner. Terry at the front desk was extremely kind and helpful. The dental assistant, Miss Kim, was very nice and efficient. Doctor Boreas was great, she explained everything carefully and gave me tips to improve my dental hygiene. They have an wonderful team here, 100% recommend!
This was actually a great experience! I usually get very nervous going to dental offices however, the hygienist was very thorough and friendly. Front desk staff was extremely kind and sweet, and I was let into the back very quickly. I am new to the area and so this was very comforting as I was trying to find a Dental home. And I did!
The staff was extremely accommodating from start to finish. Made you feel like home. I haven't been to the dentist in a long time, I was a little bit nervous going there but I can definitely say I'm so happy with the results. The Dental Assistant was amazing to work with. Thank you to the whole team, can't wait to come see y'all again!

TLDR: Great customer service from the front staff (in person and over the phone) to help with insurance. It was really easy to fix my deductible / reimbursement documents. Also, the dentists are willing to listen to you concerns and work with you instead of dismissing things and sticking to a template plan of care. Really great patient education when there are concerns. Highly recommend I have been going here for a little under 2 years now and have had great experiences. Other than the dental assistant trying to sell some extra products (think electric tooth brushes or water pick flosser), its been extremely easy to book appointments and follow-up for any documentation needed for insurance / reimbursements. Today I had a really nice interaction with one of the office coordinators over the phone (Thank you so much Noelle!) where she helped me figure out a scheduling issue as well as sent me the needed receipt for me to get reimbursed. The dentist collaborated with me on my dental plan instead of dismissing any concerns. For example, I have historically had really deep cavities even if they look small and instead of him dismissing it and waiting to see if it'll go away with prescription toothpaste he was open to helping me get a filling to address it based on my previous experiences. I also really appreciated the education. I previously was told to consider filling in the grooves of my teeth with caps to prevent future cavities and really appreciated the dentist taking his time explaining the pros and cons of them and what his general opinions are instead of just telling me what I should do. I really like to understand why I am doing something and what to expect instead of following blindly - it helps me feel better about the situation and in control of my health (even if it takes time in the appointment). Its refreshing to have a professional practitioner work with you and your needs instead of telling you in a "I know best" manner. The front staff is also extremely patient and helpful with any questions and paperwork. I would highly recommend this location!
