They were excellent: friendly and knowledgeable staff; I was able to get a first appointment within a week and same day treatment. Definitely keeping her as my dentist now.
Update: A follow up appointment was canceled due to hurricane but rescheduled quickly and I was in and out of the office in a timely manner. She is a wonderful dentist who takes the time to communicate relevant information that my previous dentists did not.
It’s a smooth running operation from the first phone call to the last time you leave their office.

Worst place ever!! This place constantly reschedules for NO REASON WHATSOEVER! Entire dental Team is disrespectful and unprofessional. I would give them 0 stars if I could! I’ve went there 3 times for them to tell me that “ something came up “ with the dental hygienist. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITG THIS DENTIST! Equipment is very outdated as well!

Amazing first new patient appointment! Everyone in staff is caring. The doctor I had was so pleasant and thorough and listened well, which is sometimes hard to find at dentist offices!

Where do I begin?
This "dental practice" is a complete fraud. I booked an appointment thinking that it would be a breeze because they took my insurance--wow was I wrong. I waited for nearly two hours before I was seen. To make matters worse, when I was actually seen by a "dental professional" I was told that I could not get the cleaning that I booked because new patients cannot be cleaned on the first visit.
I was enraged because I spent half of my day under the guise that I scheduled a cleaning appointment (they knew I was a new patient in advance.) They realized I was not going to come back after learning of this, so they quickly changed there tune and offered a cleaning. However, the catch with the cleaning was that it was merely going to be a surface level cleaning because there was apparently something wrong (spoiler alert--nothing was wrong, I floss twice daily and take great care of my teeth, not to mention the "dental professional" looked at my mouth for a solid 20 seconds total) I also suspect that they tried to say I had a condition so that they could book me for another "deeper" cleaning in 2 weeks! It was clear that they wanted me to spend more than what my insurance would provide from the very beginning.
I finally convinced the "dentist" to provide a proper cleaning that day, but was still charged at the exorbitant rate for activities that were never performed. I paid in full begrudgingly because I simply just wanted to rid myself of the experience and leave--after MORE than 2 HOURS.
At the end of the trip, my out of pocket bill was 144$ for a "cleaning" that was supposed to be free and covered by my insurance. I believe they billed my insurance company close to triple that amount for this routine cleaning!!!
This all happened in May 2024. It is now nearly the end of September and I just received a notice in the mail stating that I still owe 60$ on my account!
BEWARE this place is a huge scam!

This was the first dentist I’ve been to in years that didn’t give me a laundry list of unnecessary work to be done that would cost me thousands of dollars. They were super thorough during my consultation and charged me $0 for it. And I literally walked away with a 3 phase plan for work I did need and it was literally only a couple of hundred bucks.
Everyone is super friendly. I loved their 3D images. And I loved that they explained by showing me which teeth needed work. They also explained that I may need more work in the future but gave me estimates of it and didn’t push for me to get the work done asap like I have experienced with other dentists.
I am looking forward to my next visit. I recommended them already to my family. It took me a few years to find a decent dentist so Im glad I found them. Thanks Google Search. :)
