I had a great experience at the Dentists of Westchase! Dr Button did a wonderful job I am usually nervous going to the dentist but he put my mind at ease. He was thorough, kind and professional. I can not recommend Dr Button and his staff enough. They were great!
Dr. Kruja was wonderful he was gentle and listened to my concerns. Liana the hygienist was so sweet and made me feel very comfortable. I get nervous with cleanings and she made me feel calm and talked me through it.
Very nice staff, Liana was amazing! By far the best hands down cleaning I’ve ever gotten she was very gentle but through and cares about her patients and it shows in her service.
When I say I always have a great experience at this dentist office, even I am surprised I could love going to the dentist so much. Staff is always polite, The hygienist, Liana Smith is amazing! And Dr. Button will never push you into something you don’t need. I trust this dental office with my life!
My visit was a great experience, it started with the way Nicole answered the phone. She was very inviting and spoke to me as if I was standing in front of her. I could feel her smile and enthusiasm. I asked for her name and told her I had to meet her. I went in the office only to find her smiling face and said" you should be recognized, and I gave her a pair of earrings for a job done right. I met Dr. Kruja and he carefully listened to all my concerns. Johanna who assisted Dr. Kruja was very mindful and explained what she was going to do and why. Judith was great with projecting her heart felt understanding as she presented me with the recommend treatment plan. Sherri was a breath of fresh air as she checked me out and gave me a genuine thank you. The entire staff that helped me that day was spot on. Now days there's competition on every corner that I could have choose from. But like I said" It started with the way Nicole answered the phone. Side note: I was a regions trainer for Customer Excellence, Recruiting and a Store Market Manager. I look for those qualities because that is what separates you from the guy on the corner. Someone should let the Regional Director or Corporate office and share this post. Thank You Debbie
