We only found this restaurant as we were looking for somewhere to dine within walking distance to The Straz Center. This spot is quaint and beautifully decorated. Seating was comfortable and it had a nice bar area. It was 5:30 so it was rather quiet and we enjoyed that. Don't know if gets loud as the evening progresses. We will have to come back again. We ordered the seafood stew and the Lobster ravioli. I automatically ask for grated cheese but turned the waiter away as it was definitely not needed. Both of our dishes were wonderful. Our praises for The Chef! We will definitely be back. Nice place to go as a couple or with friends and super relaxed if you're alone as well.

Absolutely beyond incredible dinner at celebrity Chef Tony Macaroni DeVito’s. I don’t know how this restaurant has gone under my radar. I am constantly looking for the best Italian restaurant in the Tampa area. This is no doubt about it the best Italian restaurant in probably all of Florida. The chef is from Brooklyn and I literally felt like I was in New York eating here.
What an awesome guy Tony Macaroni is and what a night!!! Even got Pete to drink a Whistle Pig 10 Commandments ($$$$$). Hanging out with Dave who is also a serious foodie and a chance meet up turned into an incredible evening! Thank you Evy and Chef Tony we will definitely be back!!!!

Yesterday we spent a special night, dining in a very central place in the center of Tampa, we ordered an appetizer and two main dishes, my husband's dish was delicious! (ossobucco di Vitello) but my order 🤦🏻♀️ omg, according to the waiter's recommendations, was going to be incredible... but in the end it wasn't like that, a carbonara sausage that I didn't like at all... anyway, there are different tastes and palates, I'm just sharing my experience, I hope it's of your help 💁🏻♀️
The drinks could have been better 🥂

Had my retirement dinner at Devitos. James helped from the get go with with planning my event. Tyler and staff made sure everything was smooth as silk. Chef’s cooked everything perfectly! Everyone loved their meals and being catered to our every need! Thank you for a wonderful and memorable evening!!

Beautiful decor in an intimate setting. Started with the Arancini Ripieni (good but would benefit from more cheese and meat), the Burrata (refreshing pop of flavor), and the Prosciutto Avvolto (really good). Entrees included Costata di Maiale alla Milanese(a little bland but good portion size) and the ravioli(delicious sauce). Service was average, and pricing was adequate. Overall, it is a nice date night spot.
