Pete, the crew and office all communicated well with us the whole process. From choosing the color to final inspection. They did a roof for us in 2010 and I went with them because of their professionalism.
My neighbor next door had them do his roof in 2018 and remarked how well they did.

I had a new roof put on my home over 16 years ago by Done Rite Roofing and when it came time to replace my roof recently I decided to go with Done Rite Roofing again. They do great work and it has been my experience both then and now that they have a strong desire to make their customers happy. I want to thank the entire Done Rite team and especially Pete for his excellent communication and responsiveness to questions. It was truly a pleasure doing business with Done Rite Roofing once again!

We’ve used Done Rite for years and several homes. We never would have given fewer than 5 stars. This time, however, it cost us $350 to find out their repair technician was better at diagnosing problems than their estimator. Agreeing to a $700 repair that wasn’t necessary cost me my $350 deposit. I won’t say I’ll never use them again but I certainly won’t use them without getting a second opinion.

Done right did a great job on my roof installation after Milton. They were recommended by friends and did not disappoint. Excellent service, efficient, skilled and cleaned up like they had never been here. Highly recommend!
