Dutch and his team were outstanding. Dutch inspected the damages to my roof and wrote a detailed plan to achieve the repairs. His team, Brandon and Corey (impressive young men) , executed the plan without flaw. Everyone involved were highly professional, on-time, demonstrated in-depth knowledge about what needed to be done, made the repairs, and picked up debris/cleaned the area. I could not ask for more.
We had two leaks that needed to be addressed. Dutch did a complete assessment of our roof. It turned out that out that our dryer vent was not a leak but a clog in the screen causing condensation to flow down through the pipe. The second leak was a window that needed to be caulked and a gutter that needed to be extended to prevent water from flowing down the walls of the house. Dutch was very honest and told us that our roof was in good condition. We will definitely use him again if we have a problem.
