I've only been going here for about six months but so far I'm quite pleased. All the staff a very friendly and professional. And I've never had to wait for than 5 minutes past my appointment time, usually less.
My only concern was with billing practice. I was given an estimate for a procedure (2 crowns) which I decided to go forward with. When I showed up for it, after I was in the chair, I was told that insurance may not cover one of them. While I decided to go forward with the procedure anyway, I think that this should have been disclosed in the estimate I was given. Later when I spoke to the billing person she said that insurance would almost certainly not cover it. Then why put it in the estimate, or at least not indicate the possibility?

I recommend Dr Goodarzi to everyone who talks about dentistry work needed. I had really happy teeth amongst other dental issues and Dr. Goodarzi gave me my smile back. His entire staff is nice professional and pleasant. He’s an excellent dentist.

This was the actual worst dentist experience of my life. I arrived at 1:30 PM, completed 30 min worth of paperwork after already spending 20 min on a call scheduling the appt and giving them all my info.
They call me back at 2 PM and inform me that Im not getting my teeth cleaned today, no this is a comprehensive dental exam WITHOUT a cleaning. I didn't ask for that, all I want is a cleaning. They explain I cant have one without the other, and tell me I can wait and do my exam at 4 pm.
So Ive been at this office since 1:30 and won't leave until 5 pm because why?! NEVER IN MY 33 YEARS ON EARTH HAVE MY DENTISTS EVER SEPARATED THOSE TWO APPTS.
Not to mention they wanted to redo all my x-rays and said I hadnt EVER had them done - well that was wrong I had them done literally 6 months ago and SPECIFICALLY THE ONES YOU CAN ONLY HAVE DONE ONCE EVERY 3 YEARS!!!! If they had done my x-rays I would be paying THOUSANDS!!!
This is an insurance scam - DO NOT COME HERE!!! GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!!

I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Goodarzi and his team. The admin staff is consistently professional and friendly, making the whole process seamless. Dr. Goodarzi himself is a kind and gentle professional who shows great empathy towards his patients’ needs. One of the standout features of this practice is that they are extremely punctual; you can count on being seen promptly at your appointment time. Your well-being is always a top priority here. Highly recommended!

I chipped a tooth and the staff was absolutely amazing with getting me in for an appointment. I was in and out in no time and everything is great. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
