This place is a scam. Everything on the surface seems nice, until you get into the services and the payments. They did "root planing" in less than 20 minutes...yet billed for that and another treatment. They tell you a price, before insurance, what insurance will cover then what you will owe. They are very adamant that it is signed by you and the office. But, then they bill insurance sometimes 3 times what they said it would cost and expect you to pay what insurance doesn't cover of the exaggerated costs. Even though they say they "take" your insurance. Every time you call for explanations, they give you the run around and every time is a different story(IF you actually get someone). They are double billing you and the insurance companies. I called them and accused them of that and they said they looked into it and I was good, it was just a clerical error and didn't owe anything. Then 4 months later, I got another bill. When I called, they said that they had mailed me bills every month even though I didn't get any. They asked the name of who said I didn't owe, I told them I didn't know and they said they didn't have record of any call. I got nothing again for 6 months until now when I get a notice that it is in collections. I will be filing a BBB complaint and plan on showing all of the paperwork they "signed" compared to what they billed. Buyer Beware!!!!

My experience with Grand Dentistry was phenomenal from start to finish. Not only were they able to get me in same day the staff was incredibly welcoming, professional and immensely comfortable to be around. It’s not often I attribute a visit to the dentist as a positive experience but let me tell you, this was exceptional. Dr. Rita and her staff, Amanda (DA), Jorge (DA) and Jennifer (BA) are all truly masters of their craft and pleasant to be around. This visit was an emergency appointment but Grand Dentistry is now my family and I’s permanent office. Great job guys, you’re really making a difference in how people view dentistry!

I’ve had nothing but amazing experiences at this office! I cannot express my gratitude enough to all of the staff here. Dr. Barber went above and beyond to get all of my work done in a prompt manner to fit my circumstance, really putting in extra effort on my behalf, I’ve had some pretty traumatic experiences with other dentists and he was so patient and took the time to always make sure I was comfortable. They get me in same day when needed and after my procedure Kelly even texted me at home during the weekend to check on my recovery. I can’t recommend this place enough, they gave me back my smile!

I had dental work done on February 19 TH. Grand Dental's policy is to pay at time of service. No problem. I paid with a Discover card knowing that Grand would file it with my insurance company and I would receive a reimbursement check. I waited till March 18 TH, I called my insurance company and was told that they mailed my check to Grand Dentistry on March 5TH and not me. What an insurance screw up that was. I called Grand and told them my situation that they now had my check. Their reaction was one of disinterest and little concern. I was told that it takes 14 days to get the payment and they had not found mine as of yet. I called the office on 3/25/24 and left a message with the billing department. Did I get a return call , you know I didn't. I need to pay my Discover card and Grand seems to be a major hold up in receiving my check. The dental portion of this business is 5 star. The pace of customer satisfaction with the billing department is sub par. Time to find a new
reputable dentist.

I am so glad I choose Grand Dentistry. You feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door! Dr. Rita and Renee were fantastic and used the latest and greatest technology to make my visit as pleasant as possible. After visiting with Dr. Rita and Renee, I had the pleasure of getting my teeth cleaned by Rosanna. Can I just say...I showed everyone my teeth. I was so proud how white they were.!!! Thank you Grand Dentistry for a fabulous visit!
