I liked the Turkish coffee pots for decoration. The lady at te front desk was kind. I tried the lentil soup and it was very flavorful. It wasn’t spicy as the name suggests but it was delicious. Additionally I got the lamb chops. The lamb chops were well seasoned and also it seems as though they are over seasoned , and they are not extremely seasoned. The rice was moist! The presentation was very nice considering it was a to go order.
The very definition of “fine” and “edible”. I had the duo mix platter with chicken kebab and gyro, grilled veggies, and the lemon rice soup. The gyro meat was excellent. The chicken was overcooked and bone dry, the veggies completely unseasoned and not fully cooked, and the soup was bland with the rice actually blended instead of whole. Overall, the service was nice and the decorations are pretty, but the food was mediocre at best.
After moving to Brandon from Temple Terrace, this was the first Mediterranean restaurant I tried and I loved their food. Rice and meat platter was really good, gyro was tender and not dry, creamy white sauce tastes great.
Not ONE olive in the Greek Salad. Tried to call the restaurant but the call would not go through. If you order takeout, check your food BEFORE you leave the restaurant. And to think I left a “tip”, lesson learned. 🤦🏽♀️ And it is very possible that someone forgot to put the olives in the salad, especially since it was two of us that thoroughly went through the entire salad and there were NONE in it. Since you seem to want to imply that I’m not being truthful, keep your discount, and double check carry out orders. No one in this office is coming back, and future customers just check your orders PRIOR to leaving.
Loved it. Food tasted great, the staff were very nice and it was reasonably priced. We'll be back again.
