My niece loves IHOP so of course we had to stop to eat breakfast on our way to Busch gardens.
The food was pretty good, we all ordered breakfast. The sausage links were kinda nasty and didn’t taste like sausage.
The server only brought food to table and really didn’t check on us. My bill was $9 and I paid with a $20 and she asked did I need change!!! I might have if we had actually had a server who went above and beyond. But she would get $3.

I came in at 9:30 in the morning. The service was not as good as a usually is but I was understanding because I was noticing how busy they were. It took close to 1 hour to get food, but they were constantly updating me and letting me know that they were behind in the kitchen, so I didn't really care because they were communicating at least. The problem came when I saw a cockroach walking literally right next to me- I killed it because it was getting too close (picture attached.) I let the server know so that they could clean it for the next group that would be using that table, but she just acted like it was normal, left and brought me the check. Would definitely not come back, at least not to this location. Poor management of the situation.

The manager contacted me and assured me that they would call an exterminator to get rid of this problem, they algo apologized but didn't do anything further. Will add a star because they will take action. (Apparently)

The food is consistently good. The service is excellent. We normally have Gail as our waitress. She is quick, friendly and caring. Joyce is very friendly and makes a great milk shake. However, the restaurant is not very clean. Dust and dead bugs in the windowsill. One faucet in ladies room hasn't worked properly in weeks. Fingerprints all over all the glass

Great meal of sirloin steak tips & sirloin salisbury. Sides steamed broccoli & green & yellow beans. Perfectly steamed. Great onion & mushroom sauce. Excellently served by Madi. Kudos to the Chef. Gave military discount too.

Thank you very much to Tabby for taking care of our 30+ group. Was kind, quick, and very patient with everything my group threw at her. She is a great server, don't work her too hard!
