La Pita exceeded all expectations with their incredible chicken shawarma sandwich. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me warmly and were incredibly accommodating. But the real star of the show was the shawarma itself โ easily the best I've ever had in Tampa. Every bite was bursting with flavor, perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection.

Iโm not sure if this place was just having an off day or what. But for dinner on Wednesday, I was the only one in there for about an hour. People did finally start trickling in, but it seemed odd that they had to fire up the grill because no one else was there eating. The food was decent, but the atmosphere was enough to make me not want to come back.

Hidden gem in northern Tampa! Great food thatโs made with care for a reasonable price! I got a gyro and a chicken shawarma and both were delicious! Will definitely be back.

If you want good Lebanese food on the go, La Pita is the place for you. I got lamb shish kabab and stuffed grape leaves. My friend had a chicken shawarma sandwich and hummus.

Wonderful meal. It was delicious. We had the gyro platter with salad. The salad had big chunks of feta and nice olives. The Owner said it was a family business. I was hoping it was a franchise. We will be back. ๐ ๐
