I asked for extra tall toilets. I assumed that I was getting an extra-tall toilet base. That's what I was looking at when the tech was there to do the estimate. The installation was today. The tech and his apprentice were very nice and cordial. They did an efficient job and were very clean. No mess left at all. When I went in to see the finished product I was surprised to see the same height base as before but a three-inch deep toilet seat that is not made of super sturdy plastic. Slow closure which I liked. I have new toilets which is nice. The installation was done well. These toilet seats can be purchased on Amazon for 37.00 which I didn't know about until after they left and I was cruising Amazon for something for my husband’s recovery. I would have appreciated a more open dialogue at the time of the estimate and scheduling of the job so I could make a better-informed decision. The photos are the two before and two after.

Guillermo Barr was the Today tech ! He was clean , friendly, thorough and explained the job, cost of the finished job ! We walked through the job and he did the job ! It was nice and clean and the price we agreed on ! He asked if it was what my wife would be happy with too ‼️ Smart guy! A happy wife is a happy life ! She liked how it dressed up the bathroom ! 🤪

Pleasant and polite young man arrived as scheduled. Thoroughly checked plumbing and drains inside and out. Gave us an honest report of findings and recommendations. Could not be more pleased with service we received.

I had a shut off valve issue on my hose bib and no running water in my home. Plumbing Today was here within a couple hours after 3 other companies said they couldn’t come out until next week. Walter was very professional and kind. He did a great job and explained everything he did and why. Would definitely recommend this company and will use them again for any plumbing needs.

Plumbing Today was great to work with. I called, an appointment was scheduled for the next day. which was awesome. Walter Garcia called in advance to let me know he would arrive within an hour, and he did exact that. Walter was very nice, professional, did what he needed to do and explained his findings and what needed to be done next due to a problem within the piping.
