Today was my first time going there and never going back again. Even though, the food was amazing, I got treated condescendingly. Male employee in yellow shirt was really impatient and gave me nasty looks just because I didn’t order right away. There were only a few customers in the store and they’re already having their meals. So I was the only one at the counter and I didn’t even take that long to order but he acted like he had much better things to do than wait for me or tell me which condiments are what. They shouldn’t be working in customer service if they don’t want to communicate or help out customers.

Ordered catering for employee appreciation at work. Very pleasantly surprised. Good portions. Great flavor! Service from order to delivery and set up was fantastic! Came with more than I expected. Employees loved it and gave many compliments! Will definitely use them again!

I placed an online order through their website for lunch. The order was confirmed. Then, later it was canceled. I DID NOT receive a courtesy call from them, but was instructed to contact them for details. I called numerous times and no one would answer the phone. This was my first time having food from here, and i wont be trying them again. Now. I have to figure what I will be eating for lunch as this was a complete waste of time. They are very inconsiderate.

BEWARE!!! My first and last time ever stepping in this Qdoba location. I went to pick up my order, I stood by pickup wondering if my food was ready or not. Started looking for two minutes and finally found it. The lady at the register saw me looking but never greeted or said I’ll help you in a second. So I took that as alright I found my bags let me get it. As I reach to get the only two orders that were mine on the shelf, the same awful rude and unpleasant lady employee yells ”hey you can’t just grab them you see that I’m busy”, mind you she is only at the register and their wasn’t very many people. She continues and says “we don’t have time to make reorders because you end up grabbing the wrong order” there was no signs nothing I assumed it was like chipotle where you grab your pick up order and leave.she was so loud for no reason and embarrassed in front of others. Becareful guys when you pick up your order god forbid you from even trying or you’ll get attacked by that girl!
Overall food is ehh. No flavor in rice nor chicken. Chips overly salty. Guacamole was super chunky with avocado sliced pieces not even smashed. One thing tho is they fill up the bowl

Rip off Chipotle, without the flavor.
Employees all pretty unapproachable, no personalities, or perhaps just not trained properly (more than likely not trained properly). Took forever to get my order taken bc the employees were all chatting amongst themselves.
The guy throwing out garbage was the hardest working one there.
