Nowadays it seems hard to find quality construction AND great customer service in one company. I'm happy to say Quality Roofing excels at both. Great job guys!
I requested a quote for a complete new roof. My roof is a little complicated because there are wood decks over my roof on the front and back of the house that need to be removed. Essan Siddiqui at Quality Roofing told me he would get a quote that week, but it never came. I called him a week later and he said they were busy and he would send me the quote the following week. Again, it never came. I waited a month and called a third time requesting a quote. He said he would send me a quote by Friday. Once again I never received a quote for the new roof. I checked my spam folder and he never emailed any quote. If you want to be lied to and have your time wasted, then use this company. If you want to do business with honest people that do what they say they will, look elsewhere.
We would highly recommend Quality Roofing to anyone in need of a roof repair or roof replacement. We had an excellent experience from start to finish. JJ was professional in all our meetings - before, during, and after our roof installation. He responded to all calls and questions the same day. The time and attention he gave to us was outstanding. The crew worked efficiently and our roof was completed within three days. They cleaned up the area all around our house and yard. There was no mess at all upon completion of their work. Pricing was comparable with other companies.
Great job from start to finish -- right on time for the inspection (yes, in Tampa!) and they had the knowledge to evaluate the problem, take pictures in my attic to show me exactly what was happening, and recommend a good solution. Quote received the next day and the work done very professionally shortly thereafter. I have an older tile roof and very pleased to have found a high quality yet reasonably priced roof company as this won't be my last roof repair! Highly recommended.
Raintree Village's roofs have roofing work done by Quality Roofing, Inc. Raintree Village is a condo association. There are roofs leaks in the roofs worked by Quality Roofing which can be seen the photos. Roof leaks need to be fixed on the second floor near apartments #C in Raintree Village's buildings 11704 and 11706.
