Fantastic Culinary experience! We have been to all of the Michelin Star restaurants in Tampa and this is better… by far my wife and I’s favorite experience. Every dish is fantastic and painstakingly plated like a piece of art. The concepts are simple yet complex. I am adventurous and my wife is less, but we have yet to find a dish we both don’t love.

Rooster and the Till provided an exceptional dining experience from start to finish. We were seated promptly upon arrival and decided to try the tasting menu. Each course offered a delightful array of flavors and textures, making for a memorable meal. The attentiveness of the staff was superb, ensuring our needs were met throughout the evening. This is a place you must experience for its unique and exquisite culinary offerings.

Had an amazing birthday dinner last night. The staff was so friendly and the food was divine. We had the prefix menu which provided plenty of food and each dish gave you an explosion of flavor. Can’t wait to go back as I hear their menu changes seasonally.

Ate at the bar and watched the preparation our meal and others. It was fun. Bar seats not as comfy as the table seats but more fun as we enjoyed the company of others sitting on either side. Easy to meet and converse with people at bar. Not much elbow room though.
Food was great and surprisingly filling.

We are new to Tampa and love food! I found this on Tock since we first wanted to go to the newest italian restaurant from that same group.
We chose the chef counter and it was totally worth it! We didnt try they chef suggested menu, just ordered different things from the menu. The portions are very good and fair for the price.
Couldn't believe they had potato pierogies, amazing! The Gnocchis were so so good! Definitely next time we will try the Tasting Menu!
