I had an emergency situation (the switch) valve from the toilet was burst in my master bathroom and called Scotto's Plumbing. It was a very quick, professional response. Jared and Sam were excellent they were polite and they fixed the issue in a very short time. Highly recommend this plumbing crew!!
There are people who "do" their jobs... and then there are people who ENJOY their jobs. That's the difference I have experienced both times I used Scotto's. James A. & Kassius were terrific and helped me yet again with a different plumbing issue. There is no question who you should hire because they stay until the job is done and they are just really nice people. Moving here from the Midwest, that counts a lot in my world. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! They are so friendly and responsive. Thank you, Scotto's!
I would give Scotto 10 stars if I could!! They were professional, courteous and did an awesome job. From the people in the office to Jason who gave me an estimate to James and Sam who did the work, they were all awesome. Very caring company.
Absolutely horrible service other than they came on time. I had a simple toilet rebuild and the two techs Antonio and Jeremiah told me I needed a new toilet because the bolts from the tank to the bowl were a size you can’t get anymore. How ridiculous….I went to Lowe’s and the standard rebuild kit had the right size bolts right out of the package. What a waste of time and these guys just didn’t want to do the work. Plus I got charged $130 for them to leave the tank filthy on my bathroom floor. I will never use these guys again and I’d suggest you look elsewhere as well.
We had a clogged kitchen related drain pipe and called Scotto’s. The estimate was reasonable. Antonio Veliz came out, arriving early and fixed the problem. He was very professional, did an excellent job resolving the issue and cleaning up. I highly recommend Scotto’s and Antonio!
