We recently had our roof redone with Shingle Masters as well as new insulation put in the attic and couldn’t be happier! We got quotes from multiple companies and Shingle Masters stood out as using high quality materials and doing the work at a fair price. We also appreciated Eric and felt he was shooting us straight as we had other companies try and sell us more than we needed. Eric, Kris and team did a beautiful job on the roof, the attic, and did a spotless job cleaning everything up. Eric also worked with us on our schedule to do they work while we were out of town which was so helpful. Highly recommend !

We decided to do a roof replacement this year and began the process of obtaining quotes. Given the importance of this project, we obtained about 7 quotes and decided on shingle masters. Our salesperson was initially great with giving us information about our options, materials, and gave a number of referrals for homes that they completed. Overall, they provided the best options for price, quality, and extensiveness of the proposal. We scheduled our roof replacement a few days prior to a planned out of town visit. We received a phone call from the salesperson requesting to be rescheduled for our next availability as our initial date would not work. We agreed and confirmed the Monday and Tuesday of the rescheduled week. About a week before the start of the project, we received an email confirming the project start for Thursday from their office. We immediately reached out to clarify. Since we made arrangements for ourselves and our pet to be out of the house, we had to scramble for a new plan and found out that the Monday date was not communicated by our salesperson to the scheduling team. Mike was apologetic and offered to contact the other customer to reschedule. At that point, we did not want any further confusion so we went ahead with moving our plans to accommodate for Thursday and Friday of that week.
Our crew, headed by Kris, were skilled, thorough, respectful, and detail-oriented. We appreciated how extremely hard working the team was throughout the project. Kris was easy to communicate with and was able to answer all of my questions. The punch out team was also fantastic - they were able to come out within a few days post-roof completion. Again, extremely thorough and skilled - could not say enough good things! Neighbors were commenting on what a great job the crew did, their professionalism and how fantastic our roof looked!
Upon completion of our project, we received a number of pictures. We had an issue with one of the brand of materials used. Our agreed upon brand during the proposal was not used on the roof. We reached out to get information on why the change of brand was not communicated to us. Mike and Kris were very responsive, and Mike was able to narrow down the cause. He was again apologetic and took accountability. We appreciated this approach - they were not trying to hide anything, they owned up to the mistake, and they “ate” some of the cost of the roofing materials to account for the mistake.
This was a long, tedious process. Even with the two incidents of miscommunication, we highly recommend shingle masters. Mistakes are bound to happen with big projects. I will always go with companies that stand behind their work, have integrity, and take accountability.

From the initial consultation and inspection to the completion of the job, everyone I dealt with was phenomenal. They were very professional and informative in a way that is concise and easy to understand. Eric was thorough in his inspection and went above and beyond in making sure it was a complete repair instead of a quick fix. Carlos handled the installation professionally and kept me informed as he went through each section of the repair. No one truly looks forward to getting a roof repaired, but they made it a positive experience.

Very satisfied from the beginning to the end with Shingle Masters Roofing. Highly recommend. Great work & great price.
Brock was very informative about everything in the whole process. Very professional, organized, and also patient with our questions. Love that they provide a wind mitigation at the end that can be sent to our insurance company. Work was excellent, as well as prep to protect flowers beds, and post work cleanup.
Also did our new gutters. Another great price & great work!

Shingle Masters is an amazingly professional business. We had a fantastic experience with them from beginning to finish. The workmen maintained our property without leaving any debris behind. Initially we were concerned about our pool screen, but they were meticulous keeping all roofing material away from it. We never had any leftover debris on our lawn, either. The entire job was finished in two days and passed inspection easily. Our new roof is beautiful.
We highly recommend Shingle Masters and would definitely advise other consumers to use this business.
