I tend to come for lunch or early dinner during the weekdays and it's almost always slow to get my order here when I come, but that's because they make a lot of food fresh to order. Have never gotten my order wrong and usually are pretty friendly. Prices are comparable to most fast food places now a days.

Ordered two shakes and was told about two hours before close they were cleaning the machine part that mixed the shakes. They made us ice cream unmixed with our flavor. We wanted a refund on our mobile order but they did not know how to do it. The shakes were not good. Very disappointing that a place that is known for there shakes could not accommodate us.

The service here isn't good at all, I find myself waiting in the drive through line in average for 15 minutes before someone even acknowledges me.
It's about 9 right now, and I have waited 20 minutes just to place an order. Food taste how you would expect but the service needs to be fixed.

Ordered some tater tots, as soon as I opened the bag I could smell the oil they were fried in was old/dirty. I should've listened to my gut and not ate them because I've been throwing up 🤮🤢

Despite ordering the sandwich with no onion and no mayo, both of them were on the sandwich and they read it back to me correctly. I should have checked it before driving off but at the same time the order should have been accurate from the get-go.
