The restaurant offers meals for the car or outdoor sessions. .. I ordered a cheese meat burger with halebino and got a great taste.. And I did the rings of the onion and the fingers of Mozrella and Fengir. Which really surpasses Mozzarella fingers. And in the end I ordered fresh strawberry slash with lemon .. I hope to develop the idea of orders in a car table. People will be able to enjoy more.
As an Oklahoma native, I am familiar with Sonic and expect to receive great service. Unfortunately, not at this Sonic. At least not the order taker anyway. Whomever is taking orders needs a serious attitude adjustment and perhaps a different job. She refused to speak up so we could hear her. Nothing was on the display for me to verify my order or to pay and she did not confirm my order. I hit the button again asking her to confirm my order and she asked if I called in an order. I said I thought I just placed the order at this stall. She then proceeded to take a new order. She then asked what size of fries. I didn't order fries so I asked if she was talking about the tater tots. Her reply to me was "I didn't say anything about tater tots." At this point I knew she was a lost cause. Then suddenly she said they already had my order. When I started to ask why it was not on the screen and how to pay, she just started talking over me so it was clear she was not going to listen to me as a customer and only wanted to dish out an attitude. I have no respect for this young lady. She should not be in the customer service business as she does not speak with a smile in her voice. At this point, I am writing this Sonic off and letting corporate know this location is not a good representation of their name..
I know fast food is not healthy. Everything tastes like fair ground food to me but you easily found the same quality or better in the grocery store
Great service! I was impressed that they got our rather large order completely correct. Everything was super fresh. You could tell it was freshly made since it was very hot.
If I could give 0 stars I most definitely would. The services here is horrible. The employees don’t do their jobs properly and some can’t even do basic math. I tend to order through the app majority’ of the time because of the discounts. I ordered in the app and checked in at the stall. Waited for it to show up on the screen but nothing happened. Once I pushed the red button a gentleman was on the intercom. As I explained that I had a mobile order he explained that it would be out soon. Approximately 10 minutes had gone and my order still hadn’t come out. I only ordered drinks so I didn’t understand why it was taking so long. As far as I’m concerned I will NEVER come back to this location. In my opinion this is the absolute worst Sonic throughout Tampa and even surrounding areas.
