Our family was in need of replacing our existing roof on our home. Like many households we were cautiously optimistic about finding the RIGHT company to perform the work
Quality of work, professionalism and communication were on our list of high priorities.
Stay Dry Roofing exceeded our expectations. When we initially called to set up an exterior assessment of our home, I did not expect to speak to the owner Daniel Flores. Needless to say I was pleased.
It is rare to contact a company these days and get direct access to ownership.
Professing, Knowledgeable and Courteous is exactly how Daniel presented himself and his company.
If you and your family are in need of a brand new roof do not hesitate in contacting Stay Dry Roofing.
Quality, Craftsmanship and Direct Communication with the people who care the most. Ownership.

I had StayDry Roofing replace my roof in 2004 and decided after receiving comparable estimates from other roofing companies to have them replace it again. Having to replace a roof in the current economy is not in most peoples budget. The Consultant, Office Manager were very pleasant to work with and most helpful in helping me in acquiring financing. The construction people were ON TIME CLEANED UP THE AREA. They worked diligently from 7 to approximately 3 and we were fortunate the weather was on our side. I HIGHLY recommend StayDry Roofing. You will have a non-pressure pleasant experience !

I had major roof damage from Hurricane Ian in September 2022. I shopped and obtained 5 quotes for reroofing my house in Cape Coral, FL. Stay Dry Roofing of Tampa Bay was my first quote and my final choice. Their price was very competitive and their product was quality GAF roofing materials which I was confident in using. Additionally, GAF has a wind proven warranty in addition to the shingle warranty. Since their price was competitive, I was able to upgrade my package adding peel & stick underlayment and upgraded Timbertex. They scheduled the job for a Tuesday morning at 8 am and the truck with materials arrived on time and loaded materials onto the roof. The crew arrived immediately after and by the end of the first day my roof was scraped and then dried in. They used a third party engineer to avoid having to wait for the city to inspect the dry-in and the crew was back on the job in the morning. By mid-afternoon, the roof was shingled and the site cleaned up and the crew gone. The summer rains have just started and we have had no issues with the roof. I would highly recommend Daniel and his crew from Stay Dry Roofing of Tampa Bay.

Daniel was a pleasure to do business with. He explained the process in great detail. They did the job efficiently and quickly. He installed several sky lights that look amazing. They cleaned up everything afterwards. I would gladly do business with Stay Dry Roofing again. Thanks Daniel!

Never trust this company to do your roof. You call for an estimate and get a salesman you will never see or hear from again. Questions about the job? All you get is a desk clerk that says she will pass along the message twice a day for three weeks until the day of the job. Questions about the commencement paperwork? You will not be able to get a roofer, or anyone for that matter, to explain or go over anything with you. All you get is a copy of commencement and a tapping foot from the desk clerk that answers the phone. If you call to say you want to turn it in but can not before talking to someone about the commencement, to answer questions, they just rolls their eyes and tell you to get it turned in so they can go over it. I asked for someone to reach out to me to go over the job and the options available so I can get it turned in. I called in consistently for three weeks prior to ask these questions so we can progress.I get a man on the night before they come out to do the job and he is in the hospital pulling his child out of this wife and is obviously too busy to go over anything or help me feel comfortable with the job. Did anyone else in the company want to cover this man or make sure their customer is understood? No. Take care of your employees Stay Dry Roofing, and take care of your customers. When they got here the day of the job they told me they had me signed up for every extra option available. When I tell you I was livid that I tried calling and communicate with the company in every way and it turned out like this, would be an understatment. I literally had to call the company tow times three weeks after the job to come take my money, that is how unprepared this company is. I thought the only saving grace was that I thought they did a good job while they were up there. Turns out I have had to call them twice already for two separate moderate to heavy leaks in the roof. After communicating all of these issues and to the employees i was finally able to get a hold of weeks after the job, they agreed with me and understood my frustration as all of these issues accumulated and the leaks were the last straw. They explained there is nothing they can do to reciprocate. If you have read all of this, consider yourself warned. Steer clear of Stay Dry Roofing.
