Mike is a very professional technician who has fixed my heater water leaking from the pipe and replaced the valve on the top of heater. For taking care of my concerns, he drilled a hole and installed some pipe to let it run out of water to outside of my garage.. Anyway, I am very pleased with his service and want to take this opportunity to say thank him for his support!

Michael Hayes was great! I had a leak/clog in the sink. However, I am in Europe and requested my roommate call these guys. He showed up in less than an hour, diagnosed and dealt with the issue immediately, all while communicating with me via text. Much appreciated Michael

Michael was a godsend. We had our water heater fail on New Year’s Eve and he was able to get that replaced and have us up and running by the end of the day. He also was able to share the cause of the premature water heater failure and helped us put together some talking points for the condo association board. Michael H came right away after I pulled a toilet to reset when I needed to clear a deep blockage. Super friendly, walked me through the steps for how he would clear said blockage and didn’t dirty my home up in the process. Definitely plan on using you guys for the foreseeable future!
