Excellent service. Great food of Amazing Tofu, Panag Chicken, and Cashew Chicken all served with spice level made to order. White fluffy rice blended well with the mains. 6 international beers and 3 domestics including one light beer. A few types of red and white wine. I love the soft atmosphere and relaxing music. Fairly clean restrooms. Booster seats. Everything is wheelchair accessible.

Yearning for Thai cuisine, I scoured nearby options and stumbled upon Thai Ruby, which boasts stellar reviews. Opting for the ease of a phone order, I dialed in my selections: Thai Spring Rolls, Chicken Red Curry, and Chicken Pad Thai. The pickup time was an efficient 30 minutes.
Upon arriving to collect my order, I found the restaurant's ambiance delightful, exuding an authentic Thai vibe. With the order in hand, I eagerly commenced my culinary journey.
The Thai Spring Rolls initiated the feast, delivering a delightful crunch and delectable flavor, seemingly fresh out of the oven. Transitioning to the main course, the combination of Pad Thai and Red Chicken Curry proved to be amazing--an exquisite, harmonious blend that made for a perfect dinner.
The Thai fare from Thai Ruby exceeded expectations. Each dish was delicious and served piping hot, enhancing the overall dining experience. It was truly a culinary indulgence that left me thoroughly satisfied.

By far the best Thai food I’ve ever had! And I’ve had Thai food all around the world.
This place is consistent, delicious, the quality of meat is superb. You can taste the difference in their meats. Based on my experience from eating here several times this is the best Thai food I’ve ever had.
My father was a chef for 30 years and I’ve eaten just about every restaurant you can imagine all around the world, so trust me on this 1.
I highly recommend the chicken pad Thai, Penang curry, crab Rangoon and chicken or shrimp Tom Yum soup.
This is a very authentic type of Thai place so if you can’t handle spice, make sure you tell them “mild”
Thai food is generally spicy even if it’s mild!
I hope this helps you make the right decision!

Thrilled to discover a great Thai restaurant in Tampa. The Tom Yum Goong was perfect, close to the best I have had. Wanted to order the fried Red Snapper but got the fried Grouper as they were of the snapper. Nice and crisp, cooked to perfection with an awesome chili sauce that was sweet and spicy and simply fantastic. We also got the chicken green curry and shrimp with spicy chili. All of them were delicious but the grouper stole the show.
Went back again and had the Red Snapper. Absolutely devine!!!! See added picture.

I had a craving for Pad Thai and stopped by for lunch. It's kind of tucked away, off the busy street, and the lighting is dimmed and calming when you enter. They have silk pillows on the booths for your back, and adorable elephants tablecloth. I was greeted right away, and made at ease to sit anywhere Im comfortable. I thought the staff was very attentive and efficient, I wasn't neglected or made to wait at all. After ordering, it was only a few moments my food came out, hot and fresh. The sauce was rich and flavorful, I was impressed. All the food was very flavorful and the interior is lovely, with polished wooden decor. When I was offered my bill..a treat, a small doughnut which I thought was so nice. I felt appreciated and made welcome. I cant wait to go back.
