Rez grill located inside the Hard Rock Hotel in Tampa. Parking is free and plentiful. Handicapped accessible entrance and valet parking available at the hotel. We were celebrating our anniversary and staying at the hotel. We were a little early for our reservation but the hostess accommodated us with no issues. We were congratulated on our anniversary that we were celebrating which I appreciated the attention to detail, and we were given two glasses of champagne to celebrate . Food was amazing but slightly expensive. Biscuits were so good. Steak was cooked perfectly. Crab cakes were excellent. Overall would definitely recommend and go again. Very delicious and the waiter was exceptional as well.

Excellent service! Wonderful food selections! Quick seating with reservations. We were super excited that the chef came out to ask after our enjoyment of the fare and took a few playful pics with us. Great experience overall.

So this place is the bees knees as far as service and their food! I wasn't a huge fan of the casino guests being able to walk in and out of the restaurant, but that's more a complaint for the building engineer and a complaint for a different day.
We are taking about great food and better service! My friend and I went up for a girl's night, and I gotta say we were not disappointed. I had to run downstairs to player services TWICE, and while I did my friend ordered our appetizer and told our waitress I'd be back in a moment and I wanted to order a drink. Lemme tell y'all when I sat back down, the apps were there and our waitress repeated part of my friend's response about me waiting a drink back to me! That's a memory like a steel trap y'all! She then was so sweet and made sure we never had an empty glass. Also, our bus boy was so kind; bringing us the boxes and bags we needed for our leftovers and just overall a nice person to interact with in a service industry setting. For his overall niceness I tipped him 5$ and I swear y'all this man smiled from ear to ear and thanked us.
Dinner was delish and the food was to due for! My friend had chicken and waffles, while I had the 12oz filet and before you judge me, It. Comes. With. Fries. The best truffle fries you've ever had in your life I might add!
Our staff definitely earned the 65$ tip in total that they were left! Can't wait to go back again.

Fancy & expensive restaurant with mediocre food & rushed staff. My family & I ate here last night for dinner and we wish we picked a different restaurant. Took forever to get drinks, server barely came to table to ask if we needed refills & food took an hour to come out. After waiting an hour you would think that the food would be hot and it was not what so ever. The short rib was so dry that it was hard to chew & swallow. The food was basic, would not recommend. Spent $300 and it was so not worth it.
****Update: The GM contacted my family and I regarding our not so good dinner from the other night and was very apologetic and even put points on our Casino card. I appreciate her reaching it out and also loved the quick response. We will dine again at the Rez Grill whenever we are visiting Tampa.

What a great ambience. My friend and I set on the Bar and had some appetizers and drinks. The Bartender James was awesome! Vibe is cool,
You can hear the winning noises in the back of the restaurant so it’s kinda cool experience. We had the mushroom soup which was delicious!!! Very recommended.
