Todd Wiltrout of Total Home Roofing came out to our home shortly after Hurricane Ian hit our area. He was extremely professional with his assessment of our roof and was thorough with going over the estimate, which was a much better than quote than other companies that came through our neighborhood.
Shortly after his initial visit, a crew came out and began replacing the roof. We were extremely pleased with the quality and responsiveness of the company and Todd was quick to return my calls with questions I had throughout the process.
We are extremely pleased with the professionalism, timely service, as well as the quality of work and will seek them out with our roofing needs in the future.

Todd Without was very professional and thorough with my estimate and contract. Him and his team were very quick at pulling the permit and scheduling the install of the new beautiful roof. The installers were very prompt, worked quickly, cleaned up all of their mess and left me with a beautiful new roof. I highly recommend Todd and your company. Very professional and excellent quality work.

At the end of the day, the roof that was installed is solid, where this company lacks is the minute details. The crews took 6 days from start to finish to place a roof on my 900 square foot house, I had a dumpster in my driveway for 11 days, I wanted a phone call and photos before they used new wood to replace existing damages (as it was charged per linear foot), instead they just replaced and hit me with an additional $600 bill. They were supposed to walk my house with me to perform a punch list, which turned out to be the foreman showing up at my front door unannounced during the middle of the week (when I’m at work), then sending me a picture and wanting me to say it’s ok. Punch list had mistakes on it, so I refused until they’d actually meet with me and walk the house, which they never did. All in all, like I said, the roof looks good, I just wish the communication and care to the customer was better.

When I first met with Rick Prince to get a quote, I was very impressed with his presentation. The materials he provided me with were concise and informative and the samples he provided gave me an exact idea how my selected tiles would look. The price was right in the ballpark with the other quotes I had gotten but it was Rick’s presentation that sold me. He, along with the rest of the folks I dealt with at Total Home Roofing, always were prompt with answering my inquiries and clear in their explanations. The work crew did a great job with installing the new roof and the end result is beautiful! I am completely satisfied with my decision to go with Total Home Roofing!
