What an incredible company! After receiving quotes from several other local companies we went with Weatherproof because of the superior quality of the materials they were quoting! Bill, Lindsey, Kyra and Clay are all so professional, efficient and friendly! The crew did a great job and cleaned up after themselves! Their quote was pretty spot on and the quality of the work is superior! We are very, very happy!
I can't say enough about the service I have received from the Weatherproof team. From day one, they have been attentive, responsive, efficient and fair. My relationship began when I hired them to help file a warranty claim against GAF. They were not my contractor when we originally installed our roof 14 years ago but was more than willing to help us after our original contractor washed their hands. From that point, I knew I was going to select them but did my due diligence and got additional estimates. They were the most reasonable. They further solidified their standing when they said they would wait to see if I qualified for the My FL Safe Home grant (that never came through). Once I pulled the trigger, they had me on the schedule that week and completed the job in 1 day. Final inspection was next business day. Their office staff, Kyra and Lindsey are incredible. They say that customer service is what makes a company and Weatherproof is PROOF of that.
Highly recommend Weatherproof Roofing, especially if you have a complicated project. I was looking for a roof replacement and all the other companies I called would not even touch my roof (old house, flat roof, complicated tiling). But Weatherproof took on the job and went above and beyond to make it happen. They were efficient, they worked hard to compensate for unexpected issues, and everyone I talked to at the company was kind, professional and respectful. I feel confident that the job was done right and I had a very good experience all around.
I can’t say enough about the overall quality, professionalism, and punctuality. I’ll make this all fit in a paragraph: everything was on time and as promised! No excuses, just a great job! The entire crew was respectful, professional, and clearly well trained. The warranty they offer with their material is outstanding! I would hire these guys again in a minute. Pricing was fair, work was done in a timely manner and it looks great. There was no mess left on my property at all! The only reason I gave them five stars…I can’t give them 10. If you hire anyone else, that’s on you! These guys are the best. End of story.
